This Ethereal Open Air Resort Wedding Has All the Rustic Fall Vibes

When Nikki first saw Adrian, she was drawn to his shoes. They were Converse. Translation: He was a relaxed, down-to-earth guy—somewhat of a rarity in the LA area. Her intuition proved right, as they totally hit it off in the bar that night.

Much like that first encounter, finding their wedding venue also went off without a hitch. “We were one and done,” says Nikki, a licensed marriage and family therapist. “We loved Ethereal Open Air Resort from the second we pulled up. Finding the right venue got us really excited to plan the rest of the wedding.”

That excitement included Adrian, an actor, too. He swooped right in and helped with the organization side of planning. From the vows to the hora, the newlyweds say they wouldn’t change a thing about their rustic fall wedding. “Walking down the aisle, I felt so much love from everyone,” Nikki says. “It filled me up … Altogether, it was the most fun I’ve ever had.”

The bride stood out in her elegant Sarah Seven dress, while her bridesmaids dressed in soft pink gowns and delicate floral headpieces.

“Listening to his vows, and then saying my vows was a highlight,” Nikki says. “I love his sense of humor and how we can joke around together. I feel like our vows really represented who we are.”
