Molly, a farmer, found the cream of the crop when she met her future wife, Ashley, a teacher, at a Jewish retreat center. A few years of courtship later, she proposed with a rubber band during the superbloom in Anza-Borrego. Since the couple grows their own fruits and vegetables, it’s no surprise they rolled up their sleeves to DIY part of their rustic farm-style wedding in Walnut Grove at Tierra Rejada Farms. The brides grew and dried their flowers, created the signage that adorned the venue, and even designed and built the chuppah under which they said “I do”—holy cow, that’s cute!
