In addition to full a la carte wedding offerings for any day of the year, Rancho Valencia now offers Elopement, Vow Renewal, Midweek, and Winter Wedding packages for smaller, more timely celebrations and budgets of all sizes.  The Ultimate Elopement and Say “I deux”  Vow Renewal packages are available 7 days per week for celebrations up to 20 people, based on availability.   They include the venue, “day of” coordinator, bouquet and boutonniere, officiant, hors d’oeuvres, wedding cake and champagne toast.  The Midweek Wedding package includes all of the above with the addition of two guest casitas, and the Winter Wedding packages provides for reduced site and setup fees for weddings taking place November through March.
