Considering her last name, there was only one venue Kyana and Ross had their hearts set on for their wedding date: Fazeli Cellars. “It helped that we happened to know the owners as ‘Mom and Dad,’” Kyana jests, and recounts that Ross proposed there, too—by no coincidence, on the weekend their families first met. Following a resounding “yes,” the in-on-it kin surprised her further with an engagement party just behind the property’s barn doors. “Ross had been secretly planning for months. I still don’t know how he was able to pull it off, but it was surreal.” As for their awesome autumnal Temecula wedding—with seasonal hues brought out in the bridesmaids’ long marsala dresses and the bride’s deep red lipstick—everything went off according to plan. “It was perfect.”
In Wine we Trust
“When we were planning our wedding, there were three things that were most important to us,” Kyana says. “Great food, great music, and even better wine.”
“From beginning to end, our wedding was amazing,” Kyana says, not excluding the footstool she adorably stepped onto for her first kiss as a Mrs.
Lots of Laughs
The reception was all fun and games, with funny speeches from family and a groom-led karaoke sesh as the headline entertainment.
