Nicole and Spencer haven’t shed the twinkle in their eyes ever since he popped the question on a bridge overlooking the Seine River, just as the Eiffel Tower awakened its nightly sparkle. “He asked a nearby ‘tourist’ to take a photo of us on his iPhone, and when she returned the phone she took out her professional camera and he got down on one knee,” says Nicole, who met her mate working in the mail room of a talent agency in Tinseltown. They opted to exchange their vows on what was supposed to be a starlit night in the romantic garden at Four Seasons Los Angeles. Uncharacteristically, LA saw rain on their wedding day. But as the adage goes, it showered the couple with a lifetime of good luck!
