It all started with a smile—from across the outfield. Nicole and Steven played on a coed softball team together. “I played right field and he played left field,” she says. “When I would catch him looking at me, he would have this huge smile on his face. I fell in love with it!” And then she fell in love with him. Steven proposed during a vacation in Cabo San Lucas, and they planned their wedding at an equally gorgeous beach locale, San Diego’s Bahia Resort Hotel. Surrounded by family and friends, lush palms, and white sands, there was no resisting the inevitable—a huge smile on the newlyweds’ faces!
