It wasn’t exactly Brandon’s pickup line—“Well, aren’t you a tall drink of water?”—that won Katrina over. Thankfully, he used his sense of humor to charm his way from coworker to husband. Wayfarers Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, with its ocean views and nearby cliffs, was the perfect venue, supplemented by special touches like eucalyptus collected and crafted into garlands by Katrina, her mom, and her maids of honor. The intimate ceremony for 75 guests was followed by a reception in the greenhouse and patio at Five Crowns, where guests danced into the night. We’ll raise a glass—even a tall one of water—to that!
Rocky Shot
“I had to do quite a bit of rock climbing in my wedding dress to get some of the pictures, but the results were definitely worth it!”
Just Right
“We wanted a beautiful venue that would be intimate and not too big of a space for our 75 guests.”
Gorgeous Greens
Katrina, her mom, and her maids of honor collected and handcrafted all of the gorgeous eucalyptus garlands.
