The White Flower Opens New Bankers Hill Dress Boutique

San Diego’s beloved bridal boutique The White Flower is hanging its gorgeous gowns under a new roof in Bankers Hill, moving four blocks south to a new location at Hawthorne Street and Fifth Avenue.

Approaching a decade of dressing SoCal brides, the boutique picked up shop from its prior location at Laurel Street and Fifth Avenue and had its grand opening last month.

The new brick and mortar boasts more space and opportunities for expansion, says owner Courtney Cole.

“White Flower brides are sophisticated and seeking the best in bridal couture,” Cole says. “We need a space that reflects their ideals and aesthetic. Staying relevant in fashion means evolving, and our business is the same.”

With its forte in high-end bridal, The White Flower continues to carry an exclusive collection of brands—think Julie Vino, Hayley Paige, Martina Liana, Eve of Milady, and Nicole Spose—and offers in-house alterations and full-service custom tailoring.

Art deco meets mid-century glam inside the new boutique, adorned with faux marble epoxy flooring that pans into three large private styling rooms with adjacent guest seating and black floral wallpaper with words sure to dazzle every bride: “You look perfect.”

But we must attest, the saying swings both ways because to The White Flower, we say, “No, you look perfect!”

Now, let’s let those photos do the rest of the talking…
