What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Being a mom, a wife, a business owner, and having a career I love!
Where is your favorite place to be?
San Diego is my absolute favorite place, so I am living the dream! My favorite hashtag is #americasfinestcity.

Manager. Stress-reducer. Friendly.
What do you love about your job?
Knowing that I am using my natural skills to enable people to enjoy one of the most important days of their lives.

Jacqueline & Alec’s #ExquisiteRealWedding feature. My colleague Korie coordinated their wedding and I am so proud of her for all her hard work and thinking outside the box on this wedding!

What San Diego wedding venue do you adore or would love to work at?
I would love to coordinate a wedding at the Salk Institute and to be in the presence of architectural greatness.
Who is a San Diego wedding vendor you admire and why?
This is a hard one because there are so many amazing vendors. I admire Tim Altbaum of Vario Productions because I have seen him grow his business over the years and at the same time he has handled some major personal hardships with grace.
What is your most beloved wedding and details?
Can I say my own wedding?! In 2008 I married an amazing man at the Coronado Island Marriott (photos below) and it was everything I had hoped for and more! We combined classic colors (black and white) with my very favorite color (green – actually it was this year’s Pantone Color of the Year, greenery! I was ahead of my time – ha!). We were situated on the bay with a view of downtown San Diego, which is where we lived at the time. I was surprisingly not worried or stressed about anything, and I was able to relax and enjoy the day with my new husband, family, and friends. I strive to give my clients this ideal experience on their own wedding days.
What’s your go-to motto?
When I was a kid, my parents used to tell me, “If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything.” Pretty sure that line is from the movie Back to the Future! But I have believed it and it has helped me accomplish various life goals. Thanks, Mom and Dad!
Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
I cannot stand to watch any reality TV shows that have to do with weddings!
