Daniel Carlos and Krista Sena had been friends for years, when one day they realized they were meant to be together. “It was like, ‘Where have you been my whole life?’” Krista says. The San Diego couple chose their favorite local restaurant, Jaynes Gastropub, for their nuptials and reception. It was the perfect place to say “I do” in front of their 65 guests who flew in from all over, including Paris, New York, and the bride’s home state of New Mexico.
Krista wore her mother’s vintage turquoise rings for her “something blue.”
“Siren Floral Co. created the most gorgeous bouquet for me,” Krista says. “Romantic, dreamy, and utterly beautiful.”
Intimate and simple were the guiding tenets of their wedding aesthetic, “with loads of candles, creams, whites, and beiges—a bohemian but elegant feel,” Krista says.
The couple chose their “favorite cake ever,” the chantilly cake from Whole Foods.
