Valley Center Real Wedding: Leah and Luke

Leah and Luke met in college at Point Loma Nazarene University. He persistently pursued her and was pretty sure they were supposed to be together because their names are Luke & Leah (big Star Wars fan). Once they finally started dating, it became clear early on it was the real deal. Two years later, Luke proposed atop Bernal Heights overlooking San Francisco with both of their parents in on the surprise.

In the wedding planning process, their top priorities were: an outdoor San Diego venue, an amazing photographer, and enough space for all their family and friends. After hours of research and venue visits, they found the perfect spot in Valley Center: Willow Creek Ranch. It was the right combination of rustic and elegant and included so many additional services like the tables, chairs, linens, tableware, florist, and even the DJ! Luke found their photographer, Aubree Lynn, on good ol’ Instagram! They fell in love with her pictures and loved her even more after meeting her. Leah’s favorite moments was right after the pastor presented them as husband and wife to the guests, that moment, holding her husbands hand, looking out at our friends and family, filled her heart with so much joy.
