Design 1: Traditional Inspiration with a Rustic Twist
Marisa of Seven Stems wanted this tablescape to remind you of an old fashioned Thanksgiving dinner in the country. The venue is a historical home in the heart of San Juan Capistrano, surrounded by the orange groves. The table is decked out with vintage china, colored goblets, a lush fall toned centerpiece filled with autumn foliage and peonies. The paper goods have antique feel to compliment the design. To top off all this pretty, a delish dinner was created by food enthusiast Angela Samuels. Follow her at @newfoodtuesdayz where she’s sharing the recipes!
Design 2: Modern Inspiration with Luxurious Pampas
This tablescape is rich, romantic and modern. The pampas grass was Marisa of Seven Stems‘ inspiration, she had been dying to create something with it. The grass is impactful but soft and whimsical. You’ll see more of this as a trend in 2017! The details on the table with pears, copper flatware, taupe ceramic dishes are a match made in heaven.
