We’re excited to show off this beautiful estate garden wedding submitted to us by photographer LaScala Weddings, who said the nicest things about this sweet couple. Kristin and Mat chose the Darlington House in La Jolla as their wedding venue for its classic 1940s feel that matched perfectly with the bride’s desire to make her wedding look elegant in its simplicity. The Darlington House is a romantic old house filled with beautiful architecture and soft ambiance that made it a perfect fit for the traditional wedding. The house features a rose garden where the reception took place, an Andalusian patio for the cocktail hour, a lovely library, and photo-worthy getting ready suites. The colors used throughout the wedding were a simple white and ivory that stood out against the beautiful garden setting. From the softness of her bouquet to the minimalistic elegance of the bridesmaid dresses, it was a beautiful affair. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a lovely cocktail hour and danced through the night in the twinkle of the candle lights and hanging market lights.
