A distinctly urban glamour made it’s way to the desert in this Palm Springs wedding, packed with not-to-be-missed floral arrangements.
This Costa Mesa couple wanted a destination that let guests feel like they really got away for a few days – and a mini vacay in Palm Springs for their wedding celebration did the trick.
When Katie O’Sullivan, 27, first met Brendan Keyes, 27, she thought he wasn’t her type – but after a flirty bet over a college football game, the two started dating in 2010. One day after a Sunday brunch in Laguna Beach, Brendan popped the question while the two were walking along the ocean. The couple loves vacationing in Palm Springs and knew it was the perfect mini destination for their wedding of 160 guests.
That Dress! “There’s something so unique about a long-sleeve wedding dress, and I knew I didn’t want to veer away from that.”
A Different World: “Stepping outside the box and having something different from everyone around us was very important to me,” says bride Katie O’Sullivan.
