San Diego Real Wedding: Sophia & Matt

For Sophia and Matt, their story unfolds in an unlikely place, Las Vegas! Both were visiting Vegas for a weekend with friends, when by coincidence, luck came upon them. The old motto, “what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” did not apply with these two. Sophia and Matt took their love back to sunny San Diego! Matt proposed to Sophia in New York City, while on vacation with close friends. What Sophia thought was a belated birthday trip, turned into one of the best days of her life. Matt planned a scavenger hunt around the city, ending in Central Park. While the proposal didn’t go exactly as planned (they got lost in Central Park!), their engagement went wonderfully awry when Matt improvised and popped the question. Of course, Sophia cried and said “YES!”

This San Diego real wedding, began when Sophia and Matt exchanged vows at Cuvier Park, overlooking the breathtaking La Jolla coastline. The pair kept decor simple and elegant at the ceremony. The focus was on the spectacular view and the stunning couple. This seaside wedding took a turn for the urban, when they celebrated their nuptials at Luce Loft. This hip and trendy venue, with concert walls and exposed beams, set the scene for a truly exception celebration.
