Seaside Real Wedding: Lisa & Brett

Good times ahead in this playful seaside real wedding! San Diego couple Lisa and Brett rocked their wedding with bright colors and endless ocean views.

The fun-loving pair hosted an intimate wedding on the San Diego coast at the ever popular Scripps Seaside Forum. The intricate architecture next to the natural rugged seascape creates a beautiful scene for any wedding. The cliffs hosted the Humphrey’s ceremony and guests were easily ushered from the ceremony site to the indoor reception. While friends and family prepared for the party Lisa and Brett snuck away to the Scripps Pier for dramatic wedding portraits. After a few snaps the bride and groom were warmly received by a room full of loved ones and brightly adorned tabletops. Lisa’s vision of abundant florals and lively decor was brought to life First Comes Love wedding planning expertise. Brilliant blues in the bridesmaid dresses and wedding stationary offset rosy pinks in all of the bridal bouquets and table arrangements. The fresh spring combo, starring peonies, anemones, roses and chrysanthemums, showcased this season’s hottest trend in wedding flowers. We love it all! Namely, because one of the keys to hosting an enjoyable wedding is keeping the theme consistent all the way through. Lisa and Brett did just that by infusing their fun personalities into the color scheme, seaside venue, music, and of course, the food.

Lisa and Brett kept the good times rolling with a festive feast provided by local San Diego caterers at Buckboard Catering and one of San Diego’s best taco shops, Lucha Libre. Finally, sweet beginnings met sweet endings with cake and desserts from VG Donut and Bakery.
