Elaine and James say “I Do” in the oldest operating vineyard in San Diego, the perfect setting for a romantic wedding that is packed with personality.

I adore weddings that show off a couple’s unique personality and manage to make the wedding day feel like a journey through their love story. Elaine and James did just that. They had a simple and elegant reception outside, on one of the venue’s sprawling lawns, then celebrated at a reception with personal touches woven throughout. The venue space was covered with pictures from their relationship, they set out wine bottles for loved ones to leave messages for their future, and their cake charted each of the significant worldwide cities that their relationship took them. (I, for one, am totally going to steal that for my wedding).
