Organic Rehearsal Dinner: True Food Kitchen in Mission Valley

It may be in the mall across from a Cheesecake Factory, but it’s one of the coolest, most health-conscious restaurants in San Diego. Brides not wanting to ruin their pre-wedding diet will appreciate the many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on a menu that follows Dr. Andrew Weil’s Anti-Inflammatory Diet & Food Pyramid. Dishes like the Tuscan kale salad and grilled Steelhead salmon are a few seasonal favorites. The private space in the back will seat 35 guests, but you can also rent out the north or west patios for up to 100 people (seated).
