WHY GO: Europe has symbolized the epitome of romance for centuries. The rich culture, mouth-watering cuisine, and breathtaking vistas are perfect for a bride and groom’s first adventure as a married couple. “We were able to spend four weeks just enjoying being together and seeing the incredible sights of Europe,” says Jenna. “It couldn’t have been better!”
THE HOTEL: De las Letras (Madrid); Avenida Palace (Barcelona); Residence Candia (Rome); Le Caggiole (Montepulciano in Tuscany). Their other nights were spent aboard a Carnival cruiseship.
BEST EXPERIENCE: Kayaking in the Adriatic Sea near Croatia, and walking to the top of St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome.
