Truc and Chris took their engagement shoot to the Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park with photographer Gene Higa. They played with props like a vintage camera and a parasol styled by Wynn Austin Events and used the different textures of the garden as various backdrops for their photos. We love her chunky turquoise necklace. Going with bolder pieces like this is a great tip for engagement photos. Go for something a little bolder than you normally would wear and you’ll be surprised at how good it looks on camera.
