Tabletops: Lovely Ladies of the Del

Today we’re showing off a bridesmaids table design by Bliss Events, Organic Elements and Lauren M Design for Exquisite Weddings magazine.

Compelling women such as Rita Hayworth, Elisha Babock and Marilyn Monroe played a part in the rich history of Hotel Del Coronado, so their bridesmaids’ table honors them by being both feminine and striking with a splash of Hollywood glitz. The Chiavari chair mimics an Old Hollywood-style gown with shimmering frills on the back. Glamorous beaded handbags rest on every seat. TRY THE COCKTAIL! Champagne Ruby: 1 sugar cube, Angostura bitters, chilled champagne. Soak sugar cube with a couple of good splashes of Angostura bitters and place in the bottom of a large champagne flute. Fill slowly with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
