Table Design: French Royal Elegance

Krystel Tien of Couture Events and Blush Botanicals dreamed up this romantic table design for the fall issue of Exquisite Weddings. Inspired by Marie Antoinette and the splendor of Versailles. they chose a color palette of pinks, creams, and gold to create this whimsical, regal table. Romantic candlelight, glistening crystal candelabras and scrolled paper menus, in elaborate script, pay tribute to an elegant era gone by. The final touch: a “Let Them Eat Cake Lounge”— including decadent desserts such as French macaroons, chocolate-covered apples, and a delectable cake adorned in gold.

Pink Cream Fizz:
4 ounces club soda
1 ounce light cream
2 ounces gin
1 tablespoon grenadine
1 ounce lemon juice
1 tablespoon superfine sugar.
Combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, cream, and grenadine. Shake well. Strain into a glass. Add the club soda. Stir well and enjoy.
