Real Wedding: Ashley & Alec

This real wedding will surely put a smile on your face when you see how happy the bride looks and how pretty the details are! Bliss Events and Aaron Willcox Photography gave us these pictures and we knew we had to share them with you. The wedding theme was casual elegance among a beautiful garden. The colors were shades of blue with accents of cream and green. The bride and groom, Ashley and Alec, made their day even more special with personal touches throughout the wedding. Her bouquet was wrapped with lace from her mothers wedding dress and they used Alec’s fathers hot rod that they restored together as their getaway car. The grand personal touch was their reception site…the groom’s parents backyard, which will now always be their special spot. We immediately loved this wedding and hope it will inspire many brides-to-be to have their own special garden or backyard wedding!

The bride told us her favorite part of the wedding was their “first look” before the ceremony. “It was a truly emotional time for both Alec and I, and one of the few moments during the day that we had to ourselves. I think it was then that it sunk in that it was my wedding day!”
